Refund Policy
Billings Hardware is happy to accept a return merchandise with your original receipt of purchase, or exchange the item for you. Your refund will be made in the original form of payment. Understand that we cannot refund cash on purchases made with credit, or debit cards. Please have those cards available at time of refund. If you are not able to provide a receipt, we are willing to give a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase as long as we can verify that we both carry and have sold the item. All returns without a receipt require management approval. Managers reserve the right to refuse returns for suspicious activities. All purchases made with a check are subject to a 7-10 business day period before a return can be made.
